Landscaping Crew Member
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Exclusive Landscaping Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our FL branch as an Area Manager. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while managing daily service operations. This position requires a combination of team leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of the landscaping industry.
Responsibilities:
Perform lawn care: mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
Maintain and install plant beds, trees, and seasonal flowers
Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
Spread mulch, gravel, or soil as needed
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized worksite
Support the crew leader with job site prep and cleanup
Requirements:
Prior landscaping experience is a plus (but not required)
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet all day
Team player with a strong work ethic and a good attitude
Valid driver’s license preferred (not required)
