Location: Private Golf Club, Jupiter, FL
Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 an hour (DOE) + benefits
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Schedule: Full-time, includes some weekends and holidays as needed.
Start Date: September 15, 2025

About the Role:
As the Bilingual Housekeeping Working Supervisor, you will lead by example, overseeing a team of housekeepers while actively participating in daily cleaning tasks. You’ll ensure that all areas of the club, including cottages, locker rooms, and common spaces, are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively manage and support a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff
• Perform routine cleaning of cottages, restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Order supplies and manage inventory
• Coordinate laundry pick-up and delivery
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service
• Lead staff meetings and enforce policies and procedures
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Knowledge of cleaning products, OSHA standards, and safety procedures
• Customer-focused and professional demeanor
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
