Position Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our litigation team. This role involves managing large volumes of documents, scheduling, and assisting with case preparation. You'll be a key player in ensuring our operations run smoothly and deadlines are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize and manage large PDF files (e.g., bank statements)
- Track and maintain case-related documents
- Assist with scheduling deadlines and meetings
- Communicate with internal associates and occasionally with clients
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work
- Caring, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- General computer proficiency (troubleshooting, navigating software)
- Calm under pressure and excellent time management
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Education & Experience
- Entry-level; recent graduates or candidates with paralegal certificates welcome
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel - Preferred
- Experience with Clio (legal case management – training provided) - Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom - Preferred
