To be considered for this position anywhere in Florida, candidates must:
- Hold a valid real estate license or be in the process of obtaining one.
- Be eager to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and team members.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Work closely with home buyers and sellers to understand their needs and guide them through the transaction process.
- Deliver outstanding service and expert advice to establish trust and encourage long-term client relationships.
- Stay informed about the Florida real estate market to answer questions about properties, neighborhoods, and trends.
- Draft and present well-prepared purchase offers to streamline the closing process for buyers.

Industry-Leading Training & Support to Help You Succeed
- Estimated Compensation: $50,000 - $300,000 per year
- Pay range is based off of possible commissions earned, and is not reflective of any base salary.
