Groundskeeper/ Property maintenance/ Handyman needed for a large house on Mondays 11am-6pm.
Pay is 30 dollars an hour.
Tasks include pressure washing house exterior, windows, driveway and patio, washing the air conditioning units to prevent rust formation from ocean air, cleaning off any rust or lyme or mold formations on the house and fence structures, cleaning sliding doors tracks and door knobs from salt and rust, keeping joints well oiled, removing any fallen vegetation, removing garbage and boxes to the driveway, changing burnt lights and other various appliance repair needs, various handyman jobs, repairing small fractures that normally form on exterior walls and columns, coordinating tasks with other hired contractors. Identifying any problem issues in the house early to maintain the property in pristine condition. Home Owner may add or change tasks from time to time.
