Law Firm Receptionist (Fort Lauderdale)
A well-respected Fort Lauderdale law firm is looking for a professional, friendly Receptionist to join the team. This is a full-time, in-office role and an important position for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact in a busy legal environment.
What you’ll do:
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct calls with strong phone etiquette
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide light administrative support to attorneys and staff
What we’re looking for:
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional office (legal background strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; legal software experience a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish or Creole
