Position: Member Plan Coordinator

As a Member Plan Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in making sure member estate plans are accurate, complete, and properly organized in partnership with our network attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

• Review network attorney document submissions for estate plans and plan replacements/changes
• Coordinate and organize all documentation needed to complete estate plan binders
• Work directly with network attorneys to assist with all document submissions and outstanding items
• Utilize your knowledge of tax statements and deed documents to assist with funding deeds
• Track case status, maintain accurate records, and follow up to ensure timely completion of each plan
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort working with documents, records, and checklists
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines at once
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong follow-through

Experience in legal, financial services, insurance, real estate, title work, or similar document-heavy roles is a plus, but not required if you can demonstrate transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
