SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER - TAMARAC, FL - Remote | WFH

What you'll do:

As a Supply Chain Planner, you'll be the key to ensuring we have the right products at the right time. You'll manage inventory levels, optimize inbound flow, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain high in-stock availability and happy customers. You'll use your analytical skills and planning expertise to keep our supply chain running smoothly.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

Planning weekly demand rates based on delivered business data.
Anticipating seasonal demand changes and planning around holiday factory shutdowns.
Maintaining high in-stock levels by managing inventory from overseas and domestic warehouses.
Verifying vendor order confirmations and ensuring orders are on track.
Issuing purchase orders to maintain target stock and inventory levels.
Identifying opportunities for supply chain efficiency improvements, including factory lead times, shipping accuracies, and buying group consolidations.
Collaborating with logistics to ensure cost-effective and timely shipments.
Following up on issues raised by various internal teams.
Compiling and updating reports on inventory, projections, and truck scheduling.
Communicating effectively across departments.
Creating sample requests for new products or quality issues.
Managing product transitions and closeouts.

What you'll bring to the table:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in supply chain, merchandising, or logistics.
1+ years of experience in a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with AS400, EDI, and Blue Ridge (or similar systems) is a plus.
Valid Florida Driver License.
