Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

• Lead a diverse portfolio of hydrogeological and water resource projects.
• Write and review technical reports and proposals.
• Prepare and deliver marketing presentations.
• Hire and manage subcontractors.
• Mentor and ensure quality work product.
• Ensure safe performance of project work.
• Source for new business opportunities.

What we're looking for:

• BA/BS in Geology/Engineering or other related field.
• 8 to 10 years of proven technical experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Ability to engage and motivate a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
• Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required.
• Experience with Deltek Vision preferred.
• Project Manager Professional (PMP), preferred
