Summary

• Applies expertise and strategic focus needed to conduct complex operational analyses and leads medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit.
• Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving findings to be presented to senior management, conducting statistical analyses, and coordinating with other business units regarding initiatives.
• Responsible for directing, mentoring, and coaching the lower-level analysts.
• Organizes and facilitates project planning, familiarity with PI planning, and Agile Ceremonies
• Facilitates collaboration for both internal and external teams, identifying risk, resolving conflict, removing impediments, and reducing external dependencies
• Skilled writing user stories and documenting SOPs
• Contribute to the application testing process directly and in support of end users
• Identify opportunities to improve cross-functional collaboration for tiered support activities
• Experience planning and coordinating complex or long-term project(s)
• Manage and support the project prioritization and intake process.
• Provides regular feedback to team(s) and leaders with new insights and lessons learned from team experiences
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree preferred plus 8 or more years related experience.
