Dietary Aide
- Accurately set up and serve resident meal trays according to specific dietary needs.
- Deliver and collect meal trays promptly and courteously.
- Break down trays and manage contents in a safe, sanitary manner.
- Maintain cleanliness by handling trash disposal, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas after each meal service.
- Assist with food preparation for special events and celebrations, following all sanitary regulations.
- Support the department’s safety and efficiency by maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility preferred (minimum 1 year ideal).
- Ability to read and follow written directions.
- Experience in Long-Term Care is a plus but not required.
