About the Role:

As a Server/Bartender, you’ll be responsible for delivering a 5-star experience to every guest—whether you’re taking the lead on the floor or crafting drinks behind the bar. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, FOH staff, and kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient, and memorable service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide friendly, attentive service—greeting, seating, and anticipating guest needs
2. Take accurate food and beverage orders; offer thoughtful recommendations
3. Prepare and serve classic cocktails, wine, and craft beverages
4. Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, wine, and cocktails
5. Verify guest identification to ensure legal alcohol service
6. Utilize TOAST POS to input detailed orders and process payments
7. Assist with opening/closing duties, banquets, and special events
8. Stay organized, efficient, and composed in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of serving and/or bartending experience in a high-volume setting
2. Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
3. Engaging, positive personality with a professional appearance
4. Excellent communication and time management skills
5. TOAST POS experience REQUIRED
6. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays REQUIRED
7. Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
