Reports To: VP of Operations / General Manager

Compensation: $48,000–$50,000/year (commensurate with experience)

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | On-site

American Supply (AMSU) is a wholesale distributor of welding supplies serving customers across Latin America, and the Caribbean. We are in a growth phase - building the operational structure and team to support higher order volume and stronger customer commitments.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Warehouse Supervisor owns daily warehouse execution. You are responsible for leading the warehouse team, enforcing quality control standards, and ensuring every order ships accurately and on time. This is a leadership role - you set the standard for accountability, accuracy, and teamwork on the warehouse floor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate a team of 2–3 warehouse laborers
• Oversee daily pick, pack, and ship operations - ensuring accuracy before every order re-enters the office
• Manage inbound receiving: verify shipments against POs, document shortages, hold product until confirmed
• Maintain zone labeling, put-away standards, and aisle organization
• Run or support cycle counts and annual inventory process
• Track order accuracy using daily warehouse log (order #, picker, verifier, errors)
• Escalate errors, damage, or staffing issues to management same-day
• Enforce SOPs consistently - no exceptions without authorization
• Coordinate container loading and unloading

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or lead experience
• Strong organizational and floor management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical warehouse environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required - team communication is bilingual
• Basic computer skills - able to log data, reference pick sheets, communicate by email
• Track record of holding teams accountable to process and accuracy standards
• Reliable, structured, and professional
