Receptionist (Onsite)

Role: Office Receptionist Monday - Friday 7a-330p, work cooperatively with patients, staff and physicians while performing a variety of tasks. Major responsibilities include:
- Communicating with patients and visitors during the check-in process
- Updating patient accounts in EMR/other software,
- Medical record scanning
- Chart preparation as well as general clerical responsibilities
- Other duties as needed.
We are currently looking for an outgoing, energetic, Full Time Front Office Receptionist, Monday - Friday 7a-330p, who can work cooperatively with patients, staff and physicians while performing a variety of tasks.
Ideal candidate must have strong organization, customer service and prioritization skills; must possess a HS school diploma/GED. Previous experience in a medical care setting preferred.
Bilingual, English and Spanish, a plus!
