Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Dade City, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient pediatric behavioral health practice
• Provide therapy and counseling services to children and adolescents
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy
• High level of clinical autonomy within a mission-driven organization
• Focus on improving outcomes for children and families
• Collaborative environment dedicated to community healthcare

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $75,000 - $80,000
• Quality And Productivity Bonus Incentives
• Student Loan Repayment Eligibility Up To $50,000
• Relocation Assistance Available

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday Schedule
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Requirements
• Predictable Outpatient Hours

ROLE
• Provide individual therapy services to pediatric patients
• Complete behavioral health assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with families and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support positive behavioral health outcomes for children and adolescents
