Shipping / Warehouse Associate – Job Description

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay: $16.50/hour

Experience Level: Entry Level

Position Overview

The candidate will be responsible for packing, staging, and preparing products for shipment in a warehouse environment. This role includes material handling, inventory support, and operating equipment to move and organize products.

Responsibilities

• Count and pack products of varying size, weight, and configuration
• Ensure all required parts and accessories are included before shipment
• Determine appropriate packing materials to protect items during transit
• Operate equipment to load, unload, move, and store materials
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
• Construct cartons or containers as needed to secure products
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory

Additional Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
