General Manager
I’m excited to share that we’re looking for a General Manager to join our team at Estate .
This is an incredible opportunity for a results-driven leader who values Safety, Accountability, Quality, and Teamwork — and wants to make a real impact in a growing, family-run multi-branch company.
The General Manager will work closely with our leadership team (and family members active in the business) to help guide operations, build strong teams, and shape the next chapter of Estate’s success.
If that sounds like you — or someone you know — I’d love to connect.
At Estate , we take pride in excellence — in our work, our people, and our relationships. We’re a family-run company built on Safety, Accountability, Quality, and Teamwork. Now, we’re looking for an experienced General Manager to join our leadership team and help drive our continued growth across our multiple branch locations.About the Role
As the General Manager , you’ll oversee the Estate Division’s day-to-day operations — leading teams, guiding strategy, and ensuring exceptional results across all departments.
You’ll work directly with the President and collaborate closely with family members active in the business, aligning people, performance, and culture to achieve shared goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead operations, sales, and finance to achieve business and growth objectives.
- Build and inspire a high-performing management team focused on collaboration and accountability.
- Partner with ownership and family members to strengthen company vision and values.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans and budgets.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through service quality and proactive communication.
- Drive efficiency, innovation, and safety across the organization.
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading management teams in a complex, multi-department organization across our multiple branch locations.
- Strong leadership and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- A hands-on, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems.
- A genuine appreciation for teamwork — and for working within a family-driven business.
- Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and Integrator role preferred.
Why Join Us
- Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Supportive, family-oriented culture where leadership and collaboration thrive.
- Opportunities for long-term professional growth and impact
If you’re ready to lead with purpose and be part of a company where Safety, Accountability, Quality, and Teamwork define success — we’d love to connect.
