✍ Role Overview:
We are looking for an AI & BI Strategist to lead the integration of AI and BI tools into workflows and client services. This role involves designing, testing, and optimizing AI-driven systems to enhance automation, improve strategic planning, and unlock scalable performance in reporting, marketing, and operations. You will serve as the “AI bridge” — translating vision into execution across strategy, creative, and client-facing teams.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an AI strategy and implementation roadmap aligned with business goals
• Research and recommend AI tools to enhance automation, reporting, and content generation
• Automate internal reports (Facebook, PTP, Email/SMS) using AI + BI tools
• Build AI-powered templates for strategic planning, OKRs, and CMO workflows
• Streamline competitive research using AI to identify trends, ad strategies, and positioning
• Create scalable AI templates for briefs, campaigns, and creative assets
• Explore AI enhancements for paid media (Google, Meta, TikTok)
• Contribute to developing a client-facing AI services offering (self-serve, DWY, DFY tiers)

✅ Qualifications:

• Proven experience architecting scalable AI/BI workflows and reducing manual processes
• Hands-on experience with tools like Looker Studio, Jasper, Make, ChatGPT, Midjourney
• Strong background in automating reporting, content, and strategy templates
• Up-to-date with AI trends, prompt engineering, and platform integrations
• Solid understanding of eCommerce, DTC, and performance marketing metrics
• Collaborative mindset — able to work with strategists, creatives, and clients
• Self-directed and motivated to test, iterate, and refine processes
