St. Mary's Medical Center is a level I trauma center, a level 3 NICU, and has a pediatric ICU with a 24-hour children's hospital. Half of the surgical volume at the facility is pediatrics including neonates. Cases also include general, ortho, OB, trauma, ENT, podiatry, urology and plastics. While we provide the practice support clinicians need, we also recognize that each group needs to maintain a level of autonomy to meet the individual needs of the patients, the hospital and the practice.
