Stacker/Packer

GTG-JAX is currently looking for Packer/Stackers. This is a physically demanding jobs that removes cases/packages of finished product from the conveyors. We are looking for people to work 12-hour shifts and a rotating 36 / 48 hour per week schedule.
If you have a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1 year of working experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment), this might be the job for you. You will be responsible for:- Removing cases/packages from the conveyors and stacking them on pallets.
- Ensure that product is stacked by product specifications.
- Prepare palletized units for shipping.
- Maintaining a work pace that matches the product flow.
- Maintaining the machine and surrounding area.
- Communicating with other operators concerning production and quality issues.
- Un-jam and restart various machines.
- Keeping work area clean and free from clutter.
GTG-JAX is looking for a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
