What You'll Do:

Provide Expert Therapy: Deliver high-quality therapy and assessment services to children, adolescents, and adults in a fully remote, private outpatient setting.

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Professionals: You must hold a full and active license as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a PhD in a relevant field.
Experience Across Lifespans: Demonstrated ability and willingness to provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
Clinical Expertise: A minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, ideally gained in private practice, outpatient, or community mental health settings.
Evidence-Based Practice: Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Exceptional Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse populations.
Technical Proficiency: Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for accurate and efficient documentation.
Self Driven: Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
