Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating internal workflows, customer interactions, and team logistics to optimize day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organization, leadership, and adaptability to support Peachy Keen’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management & Team Coordination
- Oversee CSRs, Dispatch, daily scheduling, technician assignments, and service logistics .
- Manage billing, invoicing, and financial tracking for streamlined operations.
- CRM led conversions and customer engagement.
Customer Relations & Retention Optimization
- Oversee review requests, loyalty program enrollment, and referral outreach .
- Ensure customer records and service preferences are enhanced for personalization.
- Lead customer resolution efforts , prioritizing transparency and satisfaction.
Marketing & Outreach Support
- Assist in seasonal campaigns, membership retention, and branding initiatives .
- Track service metrics, ambassador engagement, and CRM (Customer Relation Management) automation efficiencies .
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in administration, scheduling, AC or Plumbing service coordination preferred, but not a must for the right candidate.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with service teams & leadership .
- Goal oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills .
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement workflows (preferred).
- A detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities .
