Reese Roofing & Construction is expanding our Window Division and looking for motivated sales professionals to help homeowners replace storm-damaged windows through insurance claims.

This is a high-income opportunity for individuals who are driven, confident speaking with homeowners, and ready to take control of their earnings.

This is a fully commissioned role with uncapped income potential.

Insurance Adjusters — Want to Make More Money?

Position Overview

As a Window Insurance Sales Representative , you will help homeowners identify storm damage to their windows and guide them through the insurance claim process for replacement.

You will inspect properties, educate homeowners on their options, assist during adjuster inspections, and manage projects from contract through installation.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working directly with homeowners
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Sales experience preferred but not required

Experience in roofing sales, home improvement sales, or insurance adjusting is a major plus.

100% Commission-Based

• Average window replacement project: $10,000 – $40,000
• Industry leading commissions on closed projects
• Typical earnings range from $2,000 – $6,000+ per job

Top performers earn six figures annually.
