- Experience as Lead Superintendent on projects $100M+
- Background in healthcare, education, or government verticals
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
- Strong in safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, cost tracking
- Able to enforce jobsite standards while supporting the team
