Requirements
Year of experience: 1 Year experience
Skilled home care experience , Must have home health experience with OASIS training and experience.
Certfications: BLS
FL license or a compact license required
COVID-19 Vaccine & Flu Vaccine : Required
Charting System: Cerner
Travel Experience Required
