Digital Marketing Supervisor
Digital Marketing Supervisor supervises the day-to-day operations to implement the digital marketing strategy and to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website. Guides the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales. Employs social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns. Reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary function satisfactorily. - Innovative Thinking : Propose and implement creative growth strategies that resonate with our target audience.
- Experimentation : Plan and execute measurable experiments and conversion tests to refine our strategies and approach.
- User Experience : Collaborate with the complete Digital Marketing team under the guidance of the Director of BI, AI, & Development to design landing pages and enhance the user's digital journey.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO/SEM, marketing strategies, email campaigns, and social media strategy.
- BS/MS in marketing or a related discipline
- Expertise in devising campaigns that captivate, educate, and drive action.
- Proficiency in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
- In-depth knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with ad serving tools and Google AdWords campaigns.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- A strong analytical mindset coupled with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Continual awareness of the latest best practices in online marketing.
