**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join our team and contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for maintaining order and hygiene, and the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to established standards.
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
- Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products and supplies.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role in hospitality or a similar environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
- Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment.
- Attention to detail and diligence in performing responsibilities.
- Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
