What You'll Do

As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist , you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, helping them understand their available benefits and providing exceptional support throughout the client experience.

Client Support Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Explain products, services, and policy information clearly and professionally

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates

• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and professionalism

Professional Development
