HVAC Superintendant
Project Manager Job description
Larry Batchelor Mechanical, LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent / PM for Commercial HVAC projects.
Requirements:
- A Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in the HVAC field.
- Manage awarded Projects from estimation turnover to completion.
- Allocate available manpower across concurrent jobs.
- Release and schedule material delivery
- Ability to do field take offs for duct, piping, curbs and block outs.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Active EPA Certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills, will be required to attend job progress and coordination meetings.
- A 'self-starter' attitude and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check & drug screen.

Salary:
DOE: Range $62,000.00 to 75,000.00 Annually
Job Type: Full-time EOE
Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
