Administrative Assistant – Support Operations for Elevated Construction Solutions LLC
Job Overview:
- Company: Elevated Construction Solutions LLC.
- Salary/Pay Rate: $48,000 - $55,000 per year plus Performance Based Bonus.
- Location: Plant City, Florida (Onsite).
- Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
- Project Scope: Residential Construction.

You will serve as the operational backbone of a rapidly growing residential construction company, ensuring field crews and management stay perfectly aligned. Your dedication to managing schedules, workflows, and communication will directly drive company scaling and field efficiency. How You Will Make an Impact:
- Coordinate daily dispatch logistics and scheduling to keep field technicians and project managers operating at peak efficiency.
- Manage accurate administrative records and project workflows utilizing Monday.com to prevent critical operational delays.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable by processing invoices, managing payables, and following up on customer payments.
- Facilitate human resources workflows by executing accurate timekeeping tracking and managing new hire onboarding documentation.
- Streamline office communications by answering, screening, and routing incoming calls with a professional phone presence.
- Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues before they impact client satisfaction or crew field performance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional administrative or office management experience.
- Full professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to support our diverse workforce and customer base.
- Demonstrated experience working within a trade, construction, or field-service corporate environment.
- Proven capability to manage highly sensitive payroll, vendor, and customer data with absolute discretion.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or equivalent bookkeeping and accounting software solutions.
- Familiarity with Florida HVAC licensing compliance and structural administrative paperwork.
