Lead Dental Assistant
LEAD DENTAL ASSISTANT Â
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Lead Dental Assistant who is ready to step into real leadership, help build a stronger clinical team, and grow with a fast-moving, high-performance practice.
At Restoration Dental, this role is more than assisting chairside. It is a leadership position for someone who can help keep the back team organized, support doctors at a high level, coach and develop other assistants, and drive excellence in the day-to-day clinical flow.
We are growing quickly and continuously improving how we operate, so we are looking for someone who has an open mind to learning new systems, new technology, and better ways of doing things. The right person is calm under pressure, highly accountable, team-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to grow into a key clinical leader within the practice.
