Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience; sales experience is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and polished in client-facing conversations
• Committed to ongoing personal and professional development
• Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow established systems
• Comfortable with CRM tools, digital platforms, and virtual communication

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with program content and best practices
• Join weekly team calls via phone or Zoom
• Implement digital marketing and outreach strategies to engage qualified prospects through various media channels including LinkedIn, FaceBook, etc.
• Use provided tools and systems to manage leads and inquiries
• Conduct structured discovery calls to understand client needs and present program options
• Support and mentor new clients through the decision-making and onboarding process
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance requirements
