is seeking an experienced, motivated DVM to join our AAHA-accredited team—with a clear path to a Medical Director role. Located just 2 hours from the parks in Orlando, Vero Beach offers a relaxed atmosphere, affordability, and coastal living—where you can finish your shift and be at the beach in 10 minutes.

What We’re Looking For:

• DVM with 1+ years of experience
• Strong surgical and dentistry skills
• Interest in leadership and practice growth
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Florida licensure (or ability to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $120K–$160K base salary depending on experience
• Production-based bonuses
• Up to $50K in sign-on, retention, and relocation bonuses
