The role you'll contribute:
The Supply Chain Operations Manager oversees a team of analysts that support the supply chain operations for multiple locations within the division. Provides strategic expertise that facilitates supply expense management while continuously improving quality, safety, and satisfaction through clinical engagement. Supervises multiple projects and process improvement plans, obtaining pertinent data, presenting, discussing, and implementing plans. Actively participate in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

- Understnds the department goals and develops a plan to achieve goals and objectives.
- Provides guidance and leadership to a team of Supply Chain professionals. Interviews, selects, and trains new team members as needed and provides ongoing communication with staff members to maximize retention.
- Manages, assesses, and develops all Supply Chain staff, identifying gaps and creating action plans to close those gaps.
- Assesses and interprets data relative to supply chain performance measures.
- Implements appropriate actions to maintain or improve compliance with AdventHealth policies and contracts.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Five plus years of related experience
