Landscape Installation Production Manager
Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Installation Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be for overseeing all aspects of landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction. This includes production, scheduling, customer service, and training. You will work closely with crew members, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for keeping the Division Manager informed of job progress. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the Landscape Installation Production Manager working in the field alongside the crews they are managing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction projects.
- Coordinate with crew members, clients, and subcontractors on a daily basis.
- Keep the Division Manager informed of job progress.
- Ensure jobs are kept on schedule and safety procedures are followed.
- Train field crew members and supervise up to three crews simultaneously.
- Read and install all plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to supervise and train multiple crews.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Proficient in both oral and written communications.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s insurance policy.
- Ability to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
