In-Home Caregiver Roles Available – CNA & Certified HHA (W-2 Day Shifts)

Work with the Concierge Care Agency Team – Flexible Hours & Weekly Pay

Concierge Care is currently seeking Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to assist clients in private homes throughout Jacksonville and nearby communities . These are W-2 positions offering ongoing PRN scheduling, reliable office support, and no requirement for personal liability insurance .

Areas Where We Are Currently Staffing:

• Jacksonville – North, South, East, and West areas

• Orange Park, Middleburg, Macclenny

• Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Palatka

• ...and nearby surrounding communities

Position Highlights:

• Weekly Pay: $18–$22 per hour depending on the client assignment (W-2 employee)

• Ongoing Client Cases: PRN roles with steady long-term opportunities

• Daytime Hours: Shifts designed to fit a balanced schedule

• Supportive Office Team: Assistance from onboarding through active cases

• No Personal Insurance Needed: Coverage is handled through the agency

Qualifications Required:

• Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved training program (experience from another agency alone does not qualify)

• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

• CPR certification

• Social Security card

• Health statement from within the last 6 months confirming you are free of communicable diseases

Required Training / CEUs:

• 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication
