Business Analyst/Quality Assurance With SQL Experience

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Specialist (4+ years) to support IT projects from design through implementation. This role combines business analysis, QA testing, and user training responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

• Gather and document requirements, create use cases, and support development teams.
• Perform QA testing (functional, integration, regression) and troubleshoot issues using SQL.
• Develop test plans and assist with automated testing.
• Conduct user training and create documentation.
• Collaborate on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills in Business Analysis, QA, SQL, Requirements Gathering, Manual Testing .
• Experience with software design principles and configuration management.
• Excellent communication and training/presentation skills.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Associate degree in IT or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tallahassee, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
