We’re hiring Mortgage Loan Funders to play a critical role in getting loans across the finish line. What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the last set of eyes before funds are released. That means reviewing documents, verifying details, and making sure everything is accurate so loans can close smoothly and on time.

• Review closing packages and catch missing or incorrect details
• Verify wire instructions and help protect against fraud
• Process funding for purchase and refinance loans
• Work closely with closers, title companies, and settlement agents
• Manage multiple loans at different stages and meet tight deadlines

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.
