Salary: $65,000 – $70,000
Upscale French restaurant in Palm Beach is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and lead daily kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations and staff
- Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes
- Train and mentor team members
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs
- Maintain health and safety standards
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a Sous Chef or senior line role
- Fine dining experience (French cuisine preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
