What You'll Be Doing

• Lead tax engagements for closely held businesses, real estate pros, and high-net-worth clients
• Serve as the strategic voice they trust-not just a number cruncher
• Mentor and develop rising talent-we have great people who want to grow
• Help shape firm processes and strategy-we want your ideas
• Act as a firm leader and grow into an equity stakeholder

What You Bring to the Table

• Active CPA license (Florida or eligible to transfer)
• 5 to 7+ years of public accounting experience
• Proven ability to manage high-level client relationships
• Solid technical tax knowledge (1040s, 1120s, 1065s, 1041s, etc.)
