What you will do -

We’re looking for a motivated Litigation Attorney with 6+ years of general liability defense experience , including (but not limited to) products liability , to join our rapidly expanding team in Miami (Coral Gables), FL. Our attorneys work closely and collaboratively across all our offices to personalize best-in-class case strategies for our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment , enjoys taking on meaningful responsibility , and is eager to develop their skills in a variety of legal areas . You are a proactive self-starter with strong writing, research, advocacy, and problem-solving abilities , and exceptional organizational and time management skills .

Who you are –

Basic Qualifications:

• JD or foreign equivalent from accredited law school
• Activate member of the Florida Bar
• 6+ years of civil litigation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of current state and federal procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Desire to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment
