salary: $54,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

We are currently building our "Ready-to-Deploy" pipeline for Permanent Maintenance Mechanic roles. We want to talk to you if your toolkit includes:

• The Electrical Edge: Proficiency in 480V 3-phase power, VFDs, and motor controls.

• PLC Diagnostic Skills: The ability to go beyond the hardware and troubleshoot logic (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.).

• Mechanical Grit: Expert-level repair of conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and pumps.

• The "Zero-Downtime" Mindset: A passion for preventative maintenance and root-cause analysis.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
