Position Overview
Our client is a leading energy company seeking an experienced UX Product Owner to join their dynamic team. This senior-level position requires 11-15 years of experience and combines project management expertise with user experience leadership. You'll be working in a collaborative environment where your strategic thinking and technical skills will drive innovative solutions for millions of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development for UX initiatives
- Manage complex projects from conception through delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Define and prioritize product requirements and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and present project status updates
- Ensure adherence to UX best practices and design standards
- Analyze user feedback and data to drive product decisions
- Coordinate with business units to align product goals with organizational objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 11-15 years of experience in project management and/or product ownership
- Strong background in UX/UI design principles and methodologies
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Must be local to West Palm Beach area (within 45-minute commute)
- Ability to work hybrid schedule with regular on-site presence required
