What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and repair compressors by identifying root causes of test failures and implementing effective solutions.

• Collaborate with engineers and leaders to prevent future issues and improve first-pass yield (FPY).

• Process refurbished and customer-returned units to prepare them for successful re-entry into production.

• Support quality and safety by maintaining an orderly workspace and following all standards and procedures.

• Work across multiple tasks including mechanical assembly, functional testing, material handling, and validation testing in the R&D lab.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of related experience or training .

• EPA 608 certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).

• Experience with mechanical or electrical systems , and ability to use tools such as hydraulic presses, pneumatic equipment, or air wrenches.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to diagnose failures and carry out precise repairs.

• Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and contribute to a clean and collaborative team environment.
