Assistant Marketing Manager

POSITION BACKGROUND

Advanta IRA’s objective is to continue growing by adding new clients while maintaining low attrition of existing clients. The Marketing team supports these efforts by generating qualified leads through digital ads and SEO and engaging existing leads through compelling content. Additionally, we work very closely with the Business Development team to identify new opportunities and fruitful events and create marketing materials.

Advanta IRA’s Assistant Marketing Manager assists the team in achieving our growth targets by helping create and implement targeted campaigns and working with the sales and marketing teams to develop and update assets across various platforms, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Pardot, WordPress, and YouTube.
A successful Assistant Marketing Manager is self-driven, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Marketing Manager will report to the VP of Marketing, and their primary responsibilities will include:

• Set up and promote all events, which entails working with Zoom, Goldcast, Salesforce, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and social platforms.
• Influence and assist in developing social and digital campaigns.
• Assist in developing marketing assets and collateral.
• Update website as needed—WordPress platform.
• Help identify new content that drives SEO and GEO.
• Analyze digital campaigns and make recommendations for optimization.
• Influence and help create digital content (written, video, image)
• Create assets using Adobe Creative Suite.

SKILLS, BACKGROUND, & TALENTS REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
• Have some experience with Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms.
• Be familiar with Salesforce, Pardot, and WordPress—a plus.

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Possess the ability to work with or without direction and multitask while paying very close attention to details.
