As a **Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol** in **Martin, TN** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for employees and visitors. Your visible presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the manufacturing and industrial location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed.
+ Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access within the manufacturing and industrial location.
+ Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors while upholding site-specific protocols and Allied Universal standards.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
+ Be at least 21 years of age.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
