Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for the relationship management aspects of referral development specific to outpatient wound care services.
• Serves as the Program Director of the hospital-based and/or freestanding outpatient wound care clinic.
• This includes physician office calls networking and participation in professional healthcare organizations educational in-services and support of community initiatives such as health fairs/screenings or other community-sponsored activities that provide opportunities to raise general awareness of PAM Health programs and services.
• Secondarily responsible for coverage for clinical care to ensure consistent level of service for clinic needs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: Healthcare experience in marketing desired. Computer literate and desire to enhance skills with PAM Health information system software. Wound care and hyperbaric experience desired.
• Experience:
  • NP/PA or RN experience preferred.
  • M inimum of five (5) years of sales/marketing experience preferred. Prior involvement calling on physicians and referring facilities is desired.
  • Minimum of 35 years of clinical experience in wound care hyperbaric medicine or related patient care setting

  • Proven experience in program development leadership or clinical management within an outpatient or hospital environment.

  • Strong knowledge of advanced wound care therapies treatment modalities and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.
