Overview of the Role:
Join a pivotal data integrity initiative that will enhance data quality, consistency, and reliability across critical business systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive data integrity assessments across multiple datasets and systems
• Conduct data cleaning activities to rectify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and duplications
• Lead outreach efforts to colleagues for data issue resolution
• Develop and implement robust data quality rules, standards, and processes
• Collaborate with data owners, IT, and stakeholders on data governance practices
• Document data quality issues and remediation actions
• Provide regular progress reports and data quality metrics to project leaders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or related role
• Advanced Excel skills and data integrity experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience managing multiple priorities and handling challenging situations
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
