We specialize in landscape maintenance, construction, and tree care services. We're looking for a hands-on  Landscape Foreman  to lead our crews and ensure the highest standards on every project.

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to supervise the maintenance of lawns, gardens, hardscapes, and irrigation systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will regularly update the Operations Supervisor on job statuses, issues, and concerns throughout the day.. 

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead landscape crews on maintenance and construction projects
• Oversee installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and irrigation systems
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot landscape issues
• Plan and implement lawn care, tree care, pruning, and fertilization schedules
• Maintain detailed records of hours, materials, and completed work
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Assist with project estimates and budget planning
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on landscaping equipment

Qualifications

✅  MUST HAVE prior landscape experience

• 1+ year of experience in landscaping, maintenance, or hardscape construction
• Proven leadership experience managing crews
• Strong knowledge of lawn care (irrigation and tree care is a plus)
• Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment
• Familiarity with landscape equipment and safety protocols
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license 
  Must be eligible to work is US 
  Must be able to pass a drug screen
