Senior Engineering Professional

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, or contribute to engineering projects from concept through execution and delivery
- Apply advanced engineering principles to solve complex technical and operational challenges
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, operations teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensure designs, systems, and processes meet industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, calculations, and specifications
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, performance, and cost
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, or oversight to junior engineers and technical staff
- Participate in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management activities
- Interface with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline)
- 7–15+ years of relevant engineering experience, depending on role and specialization
- Proven experience working on complex engineering projects in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, energy, infrastructure, or technology environment
- Strong technical knowledge within your engineering discipline
- Experience with industry standards, codes, and regulatory compliance applicable to your field
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently while also leading or contributing within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred (role-dependent)
- Proficiency with relevant engineering software, tools, and systems
